Application
Applications for funding must take the form of a full outline of your proposed project and be accompanied by a completed application form.
State simply what you propose to do, why it should be done and how the results will contribute to the wider knowledge of the property community.
Make clear the hypothesis or issues to be addressed and their significance, describe your proposed approach to the research question and demonstrate or identify the most effective way of carrying out the work.
Demonstrate your capability of carrying out the research project including details of your knowledge, experience and expertise.
Explain how the proposed research has practical applications to address the issue being considered for the wider property market.
The VEIF is a registered charity and the trustees will fund only those projects that are demonstrably in the public interest.
